Small-format stores are at the peak of popularity both abroad and in Ukraine. Product retail needs special technical solutions for the convenience of placing trading equipment in small areas. “Missouri Enigma MK” and “Missouri Sapphire” series are examples of such refrigeration equipment.
Over the past month 5 “corner stores” have opened in Poland and Ukraine, where Hitline has put lines and islands of counters with tilted glass of “Missouri Enigma MK” and “Missouri Sapphire MK” model series. The design with tilted glass is the most suitable solution for retail spaces with narrow passages between rows requiring expansion of space: tilted front glass retains excellent product visibility without discomfort for the customer, and the practical glass folding mechanism we have developed makes the counter as comfortable as possible for maintenance.
In order to avoid fogging in the counters, a frontal blowing system with energy-saving engines has been developed. This system allows to maintain the transparency of front glazing and avoid the use of heating elements as an additional obstacle in the product overview as well as reduce the overall energy consumption of the counter.
The supply complex for stores included “Missouri enigma MK 120 fish OS M/A” counter for the demonstration and sale of fresh fish and seafood on ice and “Missouri enigma MK 120 sushi/pizza OS M” counter for the preparation of sushi and pizza with gastronorme pans for ingredients.
