Hitline supplied CO2-powered refrigerated cabinets for a new store in Ireland. The project was implemented jointly with a partner in Ireland, and the facility itself is equipped with a CO2 refrigeration station with a heat recovery system. The store became the latest CO2 project, along with similar projects in Denmark, Greenland, Finland, Sweden and Iceland.
CO2 is an energy efficient refrigerant being environmentally friendly as it has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) of barely 1. It is not only an excellent alternative to HFC refrigerants, but also a great choice to reduce energy consumption, especially in countries like Ireland where the climate is cool and wet.
The self-service store is equipped with semi-vertical display cabinets designed for a cascade display of goods “Louisiana eco MSV 105 O 200-DLM” and wall display cabinet “Indiana MV 105 MT O 205-DLM” in open and door versions.
