Exciting and highly efficient five days of EuroShop 2020 are over! 40 models of showcases with environmentally friendly and energy-saving technologies Hitline presented to world retail at world exhibition this year. The exposition was placed on the first floor of the two-level stand, while the consultations were held in the lounge-zone of the second floor.
We were pleased to demonstrate our developments and ideas, as well as the goal to produce more environmentally friendly equipment, using R290 refrigerant in the presented cabinets.
One of the vivid examples is the Meat Zone butcher shop built at the booth with R290 refrigerant equipment and Water Loop system. Closed-loop cooling system allows to remove the excess heat produced during the working process of the equipment to the needs of the store.
Most of the cabinets from the stand were sold out to our partner in Germany. The next day some after the end of the exhibition some of the items were already installed in the supermarket of Hannover.

Hitline has presented 2 lines of Missouri cold diamond MC 115 renovated model range.
We have used a new front glass uplifting mechanism with hidden gas-lifts in the units for gastronomy, fish-on-ice sales and frozen foods as an alternative for the standard scheme. There can be radial sliding curtains from the merchandiser’s side installed as an option. We have shown Missouri cold diamond MC 115 accent self unit with the automatic rotating drum with a particular focus on delicacies. There has been demonstrated a flexible counter Missouri cold diamond MC 115 deli convertible for the stores with merchant or self-service. Radial angular element in the range was fitted with front glass reclining mechanism.
Hitline has presented the following counters in the range:
- Missouri cold diamond MC 115 pickles OS A counter for pickles with static cooling. Working area construction is made with inclining angles, the counter itself is made of stainless steel;
- Missouri cold diamond MC 115 pizza OS A counter for pizza cooking and sales. Working area is made of genuine quartz in two levels with tilted area in food storage container zone;
- Missouri cold diamond MC 115 patisserie OS A confectionery counter with hinged doors. The counter has increased exposure shelves and a new slide-rail construction for the trays;
- Missouri cold diamond NC 115 heat BM OS heat module for temperature maintenance of hotplates. The module is equipped with automatic water filling with level sensor;
- Missouri cold diamond NC 115 grill OS heat module with extended fin surface for heating-up ready-made meals;
- Missouri cold diamond MC 115 cascade VF self A specialized counter for fruit and vegetable sales. There is additional extended refrigerated spare box.
Missouri cold diamond island A 130 island with cascaded goods layout and decorated panel of stabilized genuine Iceland moss has become a highlight of Hitline exposition. The island makes an impression with its’ futuristic design, flowing lines and 360° observability.
Hitline has shown Indiana eco ASV low-temperature island as an alternative to horizontal counters for more effective usage of sales area. It consists of Indiana eco ASV 100 LT D A semi-vertical counter with doors covered with anti-fog tape end-face module represented by horizontal counter with push-pull covers.
In Meat Zone we have presented the counters with various solutions for the butcher’s shops:
- Missouri cold diamond MC 115 crystal combi S A and Missouri cold diamond MC 115 meat PS 2 А specialized counters with static cooling for meat sales with angular module self for meat on ice sales;
- Indiana medium AV 066 O A multideck cabinet with depth layout 660 mm and sliding doors;
- Alaska combi 2 AHV 090 LT A low-temperature combined counter with push-pull covers consisted of the cabinet and horizontal counter with temperature condition -22…-18 °С. We have also unveiled the modification of the cabinet with +2…+4°С temperature condition;
- Combined solution with effective usage of sales area − Kansas HMT A rack system with medium temperature cabinet as an outboard module.
We have also demonstrated revised products of low-temperature equipment range with new energy-efficient doors:
- Kansas HLT VА with energy-efficient passive doors which do not need electricity to heat. Door frame is heated by hot gas of cooling circuit and there is anti-fog coverage on the dual-pane window to prevent sweating. Alaska AH 100 LT C A low-temperature counter with static cooling and push-pull covers works as an addition to the cabinet;
- Alaska combi 2 AHV 110 LT D/C A combined double-capacity counter with push-pull covers and panoramic glazing for low capacity. The doors with anti-fog covered dual-pane windows were installed for the upper enclosure.
One more newly-designed product from Hitline is Indiana MV A packaged line of multideck cabinets, including Indiana MV 080 MT D A with hinged doors and angular module modification. The model range is designed in the same dimensions as for the remote refrigeration system. Indiana MV 080 FV O A specialized counter for vegetables and fruit draw special attention of the guests of the exhibition in-line. There are different goods layouts of counter: from tilted one for box placement to roll-out shelves and wire baskets.
Louisiana ULF AV 095 MT D A counter with ultra-low podium and maximal open front fitted with convertible doors. There are two types of door work – sliding and hinged − for convenient refill of goods layout by the merchandiser and comfortable selection of goods by the buyer.
Our company has unveiled the following promotional counters for the store of various formats:
- Virginia AI 120 deli self A counter with three-level layout. The main predominant feature is maximum view of the goods at the level of the buyer’s eyes;
- Indiana vision AI 125 MT D А with four levels of goods layout for maximal representation of the goods. The counter is fitted with energy-efficient sliding doors;
- Virginia AС 103 deli self A small-size counter with maximal goods layout. End-face modules are available for installation with such construction;
- Virginia AK 100 deli self A and Virginia AC 120 deli self A with panoramic glazing were represented with sliding covers as an option.
Tennessee АС 110 ice-cream PS А specialized counter for gelato is one more innovation. The newsworthy mix of straight and radial lines makes the counter stand out of the pack of classical models.
