One of the largest retail events of fall 2021 is the opening of the largest supermarket of the Klass store chain with an area of 4000 sq.m.
The regional network is one of the brightest Kharkiv food business cards and a permanent partner of our company. The store is located on the central avenue of the city and is designed for high traffic. Therefore, the criteria for choosing refrigeration equipment became its reliability and high operational properties.
The flagship line of counters for the new supermarket became “Missouri enigma MC 122” – the most updated and improved model, creating the maximum emphasis on exposed products using a high degree of transparency of glazing without additional supports and brackets. All counters, including the radial ones, are equipped with glued glasses. The lightweight of exterior design gives LED lighting to the bottom, creating the effect of lines and islands soaring over the floor.
There is a food court to have a bite on the run in the trading room. For this reason there is a department of ready-made dishes and culinary nearby, presented in the form of island of counters “Missouri enigma MC 122 deli OS”. Freshly cooked hot dishes are presented to customers in the heating counter “Missouri enigma NC 120 heat BM” maintaining the necessary temperature and freshness of goods.
In the same island the confectionery department is presented which is exhibited in the new improved “Missouri enigma MC 122 patisserie OS M” counters. Due to thin profiles and the use of acrylic parts in the design, the counter has acquired lighter and more transparent outlines with improved visibility of the product in the demonstration part.
Another novelty in the confectionery department is “Missouri enigma MC 120 patisserie CH” counter with a special temperature and humidity to expose and sell weighed chocolate. There is a retractable tray with stepped lay-out in the counter and an upper sliding glass for convenience of its’ maintenance. Complements the confectionery department with a line of displays with a cascade layout “Missouri enigma MC 120 cascade self M”.
New Hitline solutions in the class of semi-vertical multideck cabinets “Louisiana eco ASV 115 MT D A” that were installed in the center of trading hall with energy-saving sliding doors. Due to its small height of 1600 mm the cabinets do not cover the space of the trading hall while having maximum capacity and ergonomics.
The supermarket focuses on promotional products.
A universal solution for wide range of promotional products was “Virginia AC 120 deli self” model in cubic design with panoramic glazing.
The new development in the group of promotional counters became “Virginia AI 114 deli self 134” with the most transparent design: 2 rows of cascade glass shelves and acrylic sidewalls with a rear wall make the counter as open as possible for visibility of the product.
A large promotional area for selling fish products on ice is formed by “Virginia AK 132 ice self” counters.
The supermarket is equipped with new improved “Indiana 2 MV 090 MT D” multideck cabinets. When the evaporator is placed at the bottom of the cabinet it has a maximum open-front 1725 mm at a height of 2050 mm. Italian-made doors with a thin-profile system are installed in the cabinets to improve the visibility of the internal volume.
The frozen products department is equipped with aggregated combined counters “Alaska combi 2 AHV 110 LT D/C A” with two separately cooled volumes operating on environmentally friendly refrigerant R290.
The schtick of the vegetable department is a cabinet “Louisiana roll-in MV 115 MT” with a front bumper lifting on gas lifts. Lower mobile boxes on wheels allow timely replenishment of goods laying in utility rooms.
The opening of the supermarket took place in a festive atmosphere with a large number of guests, among whom were the first persons of the city.
