One of the largest projects with a bright design and extensive in terms of the number of installed refrigeration equipment became the new JIP hypermarket in Brno with an area of 6000 sq.m. The hypermarket is unique due to its own mini factories producing mozzarella and Italian pasta, an artisan bakery, a meat department with its own slaughterhouse, a champagne bar, a Sushi Point, a restaurant and a food court area with 200 seats.
The complex supply of refrigeration furniture, heating and freezing equipment was implemented jointly with Hitline partner in the Czech Republic.
The diversity of the model range of “Missouri MC 120 M” refrigerated display counters made it possible to take into account all features of the retail space and assortment of such a hypermarket as JIP. All showcases are decorated with wooden trim, making them a harmonious continuation of the sales area design. For the most convenient selection of gourmet product groups the departments of gastronomy, delicatessen and fresh meat are equipped with accent segments of “Missouri MC 120 accent self”.
One of the new projects of the hypermarket is the production of homemade mozzarella according to traditional recipes. The wide variety of cheese products is available to customers on three levels of cascaded display cases “Missouri MC 120 cascade self”.
Not a single buyer will pass by the Italian pasta factory, where behind the glass you can see the entire pasta production process under the guidance of specialists from Italy. Freshly prepared products from the mini factory are presented in “Missouri MC 120 deli PS” refrigerated counters.
A unique Sushi Point outlet was created in the sales area, where you can purchase freshly prepared sushi of various types like magi, nigiri or sushi bowls which are presented in “Missouri MC 120 cascade”.
The hypermarket is equipped with islands and lines of wall display cabinets “Louisiana MV 095 MT D” with energy-saving transparent doors. Transparent cabinets and bright lighting provide improved product visibility and attract customers’ attention.
Another new feature is the stylish designed champagne bar located in the store offering the service of direct consumption and tasting. After this, the buyer can choose a bottle of wine or champagne available in the line of “Louisiana MV 095 MT D” multideck display cabinets equipped with special bottle mounts.
For frozen food products, the hypermarket acquired a line of two volumetric display cabinets with panoramic glazing “Alaska combi 2 MHV 110 LT”. Convenient and easy access to the goods is provided by push-pull lids and energy-saving doors in the upper volume.
