There are two new projects of refrigerating equipment delivery for Food Markets of Epicentr chain in Kyiv and Lviv. The implemented projects became the continuation of Hitline’s successful cooperation with Epicentr during many years.
The entrance to the supermarkets is immediately recognizable by the impressive design of the sales area where all the zones are in harmony with each other. At the same time, for each department the refrigeration equipment is optimally selected and its’ own unique decorative facing emphasises a particular product group.
For gastronomy departments in supermarkets we chose traditional solutions in the form of islands of “Missouri MC 120 M” counters which combine options assistant and self-service sales. The absence of a backlit display area in the counters and the right choice of ambient lighting ensure excellent product visibility.
The fresh sushi and pizza departments are equipped with “Missouri MC 120 sushi/pizza combi L” counters. These counters as well as the neutral modules “Missouri NC 120 pan 3 L 130” and “Missouri NC 120 L 130” are equipped with worktops made of long-lasting and environmentally friendly artificial stone.
Radial lines of “Missouri MC 100 OS M IR8” counters which follow the contours of the sales area were installed in the cookery, fresh meat and seafood departments. Attractive presentation and proper storage of fresh fish on ice is guaranteed by the specialised “Missouri MC 100 fish OS M IR8” counter. For better serviceability of equipment’s lines there used tilting system of front glass which works without additional support which provides excellent visibility of the goods.
Wide range of fresh fruit and vegetables is displayed in special counters “Missouri VF MC 110 VF self M” with built-in refrigerated storage boxes. There goes pecial multideck cabinet “Indiana 2 MV 080 FV O” with metal baskets and mirrored sides to emphasize the freshness and colour of the fruit and vegetables presented.
