Hitline became supplier of refrigerating furniture for the new shop of KORZINA supermarket chain in Kazakhstan.
The supermarket embodies all the most advanced technologies of grocery retailing: proper placement and functional zoning of the departments was a fundamental factor in equipping the supermarket with trade equipment.
The priority refrigeration line in the salesroom became lines and islands of refrigerating items of “Missouri cold diamond” model range. For the corresponding product groups in the lines “Missouri cold diamond MC 126 cascade” cascade type counters were installed, and “Missouri cold diamond MC 126 patisserie” specialized counters for confectionery. Culinary department is equipped with “Missouri cold diamond MC 126 heat BM” and “Missouri cold diamond MC 126 sushi/pizza combi L M” counters.
To sell a wide range of drinks, dairy products, sauces, packaged sausages and cheese multideck cabinets “Louisiana MV 105 MT D 225 M” with energy-saving hinged doors were installed in the supermarket. “Indiana medium AV 070 MT D” cabinets in the height of 1700 mm. were used in the salesroom for promotional sales.
Freshness of fruits and vegetables is preserved by specialized cabinets “Missouri VF MC 110 VF self 110 M” with inclined display part, as well as multideck cabinets “Indiana MV 080 FV D 220 M” and “Louisiana FV MV 115 VF”. Refrigerated box with drawers in “Missouri VF MC 110 VF self 110 M” provides storage of commercial stock and easy replenishment of food display. Specialized cabinets “Louisiana roll-in VF MV 115 M” with mobile shelves on wheels are also installed in the fruit and vegetables department. Racks allow the lay-out of goods in the auxiliary rooms with the subsequent transportation to the sales area.
There are middle-temperature promotional counters “Virginia AI 120 deli self A” with two levels of refrigerated display of goods and “Virginia AC 120 deli self A” with panoramic side-glazing installed for demonstration and sales of promotional goods. Specialized promotional counter “Virginia AH 100 100 salads self R A” presents salads and fresh herbs for the buyer.
Horizontal low-temperature cabinets “Alaska DE MH 200 LT D M” with panoramic glazing form the sales area of frozen products. Double-dimension cabinets are equipped with energy-saving glass modules with Push-Pull system. For goods that do not require refrigeration, the cabinet is equipped with a two-tier racking system “Superstructure” made of acrylic.
For more efficient use of retail space, as an alternative to horizontal cabinets, the supermarket installed an aggregated low-temperature island “Indiana eco ASV 100 LT D A”. It consists of semi-vertical cabinets “Indiana eco ASV 100 LT D A” with doors covered with anti-fog film and end modules in the form of horizontal cabinets with push-pull covers.
All commercial refrigeration and freezing equipment is equipped with ERV (Dixell), and the supermarket itself is equipped with a system of adaptive control and computer monitoring.
